The short version
By using Fittie you agree to use it for your own fitness and wellness, to treat it as guidance rather than medical advice, and to the points below. Your data stays yours.
Eligibility & your account
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Fittie, and you're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Revoke any key you no longer trust from the app.
Not medical advice
Fittie is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition program, and stop anything that causes pain or harm.
Your data is yours
You own the data you put into Fittie. You can export or delete it at any time. We handle it per our Privacy Policy, and you choose what leaves your device via each protocol's privacy mode.
Acceptable use
Don't use Fittie to break the law, abuse the service or its APIs, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with how it works for others.
As-is, and limits
Fittie is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be surfaced in the app. Questions? hello@fittie.app.
